Residence Gudauri Hills

The service from the lady working the late/night shift on November 7th, 2025, was exceptional. ​The room was clean and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the full pantry, which included a cooker, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and condiments, making the stay very convenient. ​The location offered a great highlight: waking up to the uninterrupted view of the snowy mountains each morning was a memorable experience.

Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen that has all the necessary items you might need. ​The location is unbeatable it's very close to the first ski lift, which is a huge convenience for ski lovers. The hotel also houses one of the best Georgian restaurants, "Pasanauri," where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes. ​As for the prices, they are very budget-friendly during the low season, and during the peak season, they are fair and appropriate for the resort. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience even better. ​If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment in Gudauri, Gudauri Hills is definitely the best option.
