Раздельные кровати для пары Очень-очень горячая вода в джакузи, сама джакузи прекрасна с гидромассажем На завтрак нужно было ждать свободный стол более 20 минут и так все 4 дня Отсутствие вешалки для курток

The apartment was clean and spacious & all the staff helpful.

We booked at the Residence Hills and on reaching the property reception informed us that the Residence was not ready and gave us an apartment in their adjacent property Gudauri Apart Hotel.

الفندق نظيف وأنيق وموقعه جميل مع إطلالة على الطريق الذي يربط بين قوداوري وگازبيجي .. الإفطار لذيذ ومتنوع وهو عبارة عن ست منيو مع طبق بيض ساخن يعد عند الطلب الموظفون مهذبون ومتعاونون .. مع شكر خاص للموظفة Suzy حيث كانت في غاية اللطف والاحترافية في التعامل

وجود إنارة خارجية مزعجة في الليل موجهة نحو الغرف تؤثر على جودة النوم

First time ever in Georgia, and we stayed at the Residence Gudauri Hills. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. It was the perfect place for our first ever snow experience. The staff is amazing. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with organising airport pick up, transport to Tbilisi, and a private tour to Kazbegi. Their restaurant serves beautiful Georgian food, and the staff is super friendly and very professional.
