Lumina at Noma Condesa Mexico City

Is well located. Lots of bar and restaurants near. Good Value for money. Good for short stays. It was very clean and bed linen and furniture was good is condition.

The window in the bedroom didn’t close so we had to leave it open the entire time. Lucky we were in the second floor. Also the windows are no te best quality, so you hear a lot of street noise. And condesa is a bar and party location, so that might be a problem.

Everything you need in the apartment. Quiet and central location for exploring the area and Mexico City.

There was not a lot of daylight since the windows were facing inside the building so it was pretty dark. But all in all if you dont plan to stay indoors other than to sleep its a good spot

The location is absolutely amazing. 10 minute walk to almost everything. The big parks, the metros, etc. It's a matter of 100 feet to amazing restaurants and places like Starbucks and street vendors. The hot water is amazing. Many places only have hot water for a few seconds in Mexico but that wasn't the case here. The hosts were fabulous and answered all questions I had, gave suggestions for different markets and things to see. I also loved the roof top. It was quiet, breezy and was a great place to relax.

I was on the first floor facing the street and the windows are slightly thin, so you can hear anyone who walks past and they can hear you. But, by 10/1030 things are quiet so it's not so bad. There is NO AC so I suggest bringing a small fan to circulate the air.

I had a great stay at Lumina. Good location, quiet street. Comfortable, clean apartment with good facilities including well equipped kitchen, smart TV, and strong hot shower. The rooftop terrace was also a lovely space to relax outdoors.

My apartment was on the ground floor which was great for easy access with luggage (there is no elevator) however my bedroom was on the street side which meant I had to keep the blinds down for privacy and you could sometimes hear street noise (but only occasionally). Top tip would be to request one of the higher floors or the other ground floor apartment.

Great place to stay. Excellent location, easy to reach. It was very clean, bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and efficient. We would gladly stay there again :)

It can get loud outside at night, with people walking by.

location is perfect t , communication with the admin is excelente ! they answer right away and solve all your questions

it is in the ground floor , the black out is the only thing they have and if you have the lights on, everything can be seen from the street
