Room is big, perhaps the biggest room in any hotels in Manado. Breakfast was delicious and had so many things, national and international food. They even had a coffee machine where you could get cappuccino, latte etc - the best breakfast in Manado hotels. It's quiet and a good place to rest and relax.

The room floor was not clean, the cleaner needs to pay attention more...maybe mop the floor and vacuum the carpet? Other than that, I have nothing to complain. It's a very nice hotel.

No mineral water inside the room.. noisy from front door
