Clean room and toilets etc clean ,bed and hot water etc. Value for money

No drinking water in room, difficult to find the guy in reception and breakfast was ready at approx 830 am. Way late.

I recently stayed at one of the Treebo Group of Hotels with a friend, as I had an interview and an exam to attend. Overall, the stay was quite good. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered at a very reasonable price, which was great for someone like me who was there on an important visit. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and we were able to relax and focus on the tasks at hand. The hotel has potential, but I hope they address payment issues to provide a more seamless and trustworthy experience for their guests in the future.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist insisted that we make a payment upfront. This was surprising and somewhat off-putting, as I've stayed at many reputable places where payment is typically made at checkout. In my experience, many good and reputable portals take payment from customers only during checkout. The manner in which the receptionist handled the situation made us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion, which was not a great start to our stay.What made this even more frustrating was the inconsistency between the booking process and what we were told upon arrival. While booking on the Treebo website, it was clearly stated that no advance payment was required and that we could cancel the booking at any time without a penalty. Despite this, I received a message from Treebo after booking, stating that I needed to make a partial or full payment, or my booking would be canceled. This contradiction between what was advertised and what actually occurred was very annoying and left a negative impression, especially during a trip that was important for my career.
