Itsy Hotels Palm Grove By D2V

The room was spacious clean and well kept when we came. Breakfats were on time.

The staff attitude was cold and not very proactive. We did not receive the toiletries such as the dental kit, enough soap shampoo and handwash to the point we ran out of it during our stay for 2 days and it was not refilled. We were only given one bath towel and nothing else for a two-occupant room. Upon request, we received another one on the second day. The location is very much inside a housing colony and is strictly not advisable if you don't have your means of transport.

The hotel is located in a very inappropriate area. Very difficult to access. Also the facilities were poor and bed was not clean.

the front desk staff was very helpful. I had specifically asked for a Twin bed and even though the hotel didn't offer this as a default. the front desk staff made arrangements for it.

The location was interior and didn't have any shops in its immediate vicinity. Even though its Edapally North, its interior from the main spots of the city.

Room is specious and clean.

The room include Breakfast. But they deliver breakfast as a parcel only after 8.30AM.
