BALAM Playa - 15 Th. Ave

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été vraiment très décevant, la chambre était sale, les draps étaient tâchés, les toilettes et la douche mal nettoyé. Il y'avait du calcaire et plusieurs tâches sur les murs, le WiFi était proposé mais il n'y en avait pas, l'odeur était très dérangeante et l'endroit est loin d'être sécurisé. Très déçu puisque les photos ne ressemblent absolument pas à ce que nous avons reçu, nous avons donc changé d'hôtel. A fuir.

Limpieza y atención del personal muy buena

Un lugar bastante tranquilo frente a un parque donde hay comida, deporte o simplemente ir a tomar un descanso en alguna banca debajo de un árbol etc. Excelente y estrategica ubicación cerca de todo pero bastante cómodo y tranquilo para descansar muy limpio el lugar y las habitaciones con buena atención de parte el personal

Bad breakfast. Not very clean. Old hotel.

The hotel is not like in the pictures, the swimming pool area is in bad conditions. They don't mention what type of breakfast they offer and it is just one coffee, one orange juice and a piece of bread

Llegamos y había un anuncio de clausurado, pero aún así estaba en servicio, el hotel es limpio, muy bueno si solo quieres ir a dormir como nosotros, la TV con cable no funciona pero, el internet si está cerca del portal maya y la quinta avenida, además había unos tacos bien buenos en la plaza de en frente Cuando llegamos había como 4 personas y cero nos atendieron bien, ya cuando hicimos check in hubo otra persona que si fue súper amable

wrong place to stay

This hotel is appaling, filthy, noisy, stained sheets and no covering at the bathroom window. Uninhabitable. Travelocity should not have this hotel on their site, nothing was as advertised and we had to move hotels, which cost a lot of money, but hey, I guess TrVelocity got their commission, so stuff their customers. Not once have Travelocity got back to us about this hotel, so my advice is STAY AWAY

Price is right, clean , close to everything, (must like bird sounds day and night

This hotel had banners and stickers stating that it's "clausurado", this means that the authorities found reasons to shut it down. They are still conducting business in an illegal manner. They check you in through a little window and make you go to another building where the room was smelly and filled with dead bugs. Didn't stay there and money wasn't refunded.
