The hotel was located in a nice location and had lovely views of the mountains and the river. The buffet breakfast and food was nicely made and there were plenty of options. There were also many sights nearby the hotel that could be walked to and also driven to.

Not easily accessible to shopping but easy to catch a DiDi across to the Ancient City Centre and do some shopping and exploring.

I like this hotel cause is near attractions and walk able to park .

Great location, good place, and service

Love breakfast buffet

Rather new hotel with modern chic rooms and decent city views. The chinese tea sets in the rooms were a nice touch for guests to unwind and relax and paired well with the otherwise well thought out decor. I might have expected this level of quality from a higher level brand. Breakfast spread at the hotel was decent too

The Crowne Plaza Chaozhou was a bit of a disappointment probably because we stayed in the Crowne Plaza Quanzhou the night before which was excellent. This time everything was a little under expectations and the bed wasn’t to our comfort needs resulting in bad nights sleep. It was ok, but when you pay the higher price you want certain things. We did get a few free drinks in the bar on our 1st night which was a very nice gesture and very appreciated. We might try another hotel next time
