"fantastic view and great club lounge benefit"

This hotel provided a fantastic view for Chaozhou old town. Club lounge was closed but they gave us free dinner buffer excluding seafood hotpot. Free breakfast buffet was provided in restaurant, which was brilliant with a lot of local cuisines. Room was comfortable and luxurious.

All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would say their hospitality and willing to help is A+. If I may suggest, some fluency with the English language would be great appreciated. I think because it is the hospitality industry and English is more universal, it would be extremely helpful for non-Chinese speaking guests.

All you can eat Breakfast was great but I stayed there for 5+ days and it was the same breakfast everyday. Would have appreciated more variety during the week. Same for the Dinner menu, it was too small and very few options. I would have preferred if there were more offerings.
