Charged for juice and other items that should have been included in the breakfast menu. No breakfast menu provided and no hot water

Great location for early morning flight. We left at 5 am to catch our flight and walked to the airport from the hotel. I didn't spend much time there, got in late and left early, but it was very modern and clean. Less than ten minute walk to the airport.

Maybe a little pricey, but it was a nice hotel for the money.

Staff is very kindly. The pickup taxi didn't come on time, but they called a taxi for me.

There was no hot water.

Safe place

I will say that this was one of the most pleasant hotels that I've stayed in throughout India. I travel to India for work quite often and the staff was great. The facility was lovely and very comfortable

This property far exceeded our expectations. Special mention to Vishnu who went out of his way to ensure we had a stress free stay. The included breakfast was most tasty. Very close to the airport which was great for our early flight. Very close to World Trade Park Mall for dining or last minute purchases. Thank you.
