No daily cleaning of room. Breakfast was same everyday and no change for all six days .

The noise

The location is good, the property is clean, the room amenities are good, pick up facility is best

Breakfast is overpriced. I received only one Paratha and Tea in the name of breakfast. The staff should share the room details with the guest while doing the check in like, how to operate water geyser, how to start AC, how to operate the television, wifi password and etc. I was calling and asking for all these details one by one.

On the good side the room is big and mostly clean. Though there was old soup residue near the sink. All in all I wanted a nice stay for a night between flights near the airport and for 40usd it was not a good value for money.

- I asked if they accept credit cards and they said yes. But in the morning they were surprised I tried to pay with a card. When it didn't work for what looks like they don't accept foreign cards they claimed that it's a problem with the card machine. Taking us to the airport where there should be an ATM we discovered that there is none. AT this point I offered to pay in USD which he was reluctant to do and wanted to go to another ATM. As we had a flight I refused and at this point he accepted but tried to get more as 20 dollar bills are less valued or something.. and that after asking 300rp for a 4 min drive! - We didn't shower after a long flight because there was no hot water. We were told that we need to flick a switch (no labels) and wait. It was after 11pm so waiting 30min for a shower was out of the question. - The wifi didn't work either and we had to call the reception to even ask for the password.

cleaniness

The hotel is located very close to the airport and has excellent connections to the city. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the staff here is very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
