Because of some reasons, I needed to stay for two more days in Birmingham. I did not go to find another accommodation and preferred to stay in here. It was because the house was clean and tidy. Travelling by bus is easy but the outside area of the house is different to City Centre. Though the receiving TV signal was not strong enough and sometimes TV screen stalled, I would not bother as most of time I was on internet. The host is helpful and responds quickly. Please also see my first comment below.

"My feeling of staying there is good and satisfied."

The whole house is generally clean and tidy. It is like living in a student accommodation with everything in there. If you are budgeted where to stay, it is one of your best choices. There is a bus no. 52 just down the road with 20 minutes takes you to the town centre.
