Very clean and spacious rooms available

Location not the best

The bed sheets were dirty, the duvet and pillows were flimsy. I had to wash everything.After one night i woke up with bites all over by body. I then saw bed bugs, the floor smells of wee. Possibly the worst place i have ever stayed in. They then deducted £20 from my deposit for stains. Avoid this place!

There was nothing that i liked about this place.

Place was very clean and well designed for guests’ comfort and convenient.

Top floor bath taps did not work as they should

The rooms were good and comfortable

The shower had spiders, the water pressure was so bad and since it's a shared bathroom, sometimes you have to flash after others. Not really good and believe the guests can do better when it comes to keeping the bathrooms clean. They need to get the house keeping to get the spiders off the bathroom. They also need to revise their checkout time. 10am is way too early

Clean small room with fridge and kettle. Bed comfortable. Windows open! Shared facilities good. Free parking

Slightly scruffy back street...

The bathroom was very clean, and the host responded quickly to messages.

The room was extremely stuffy, I found bugs on the bed, and there was no hair dryer after washing my hair. The check-in time was very late while the check-out time was unusually early. Ironically, the price for a late check-out was clearly listed. The location is very remote and transportation is inconvenient.

The accommodation was clean and Tidy also quite plus the location wasn't far from where l needed to be through out my stay. l did appreciate the fact that the facilities had ,airfryer,washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge plus a garden if u felt like relaxing outside .. Overall l would stay again if I had to.

The room itself was fine but because it was at the front of the property, whilst the weather was hot the room felt like a sauna,a fan was provided in the room which did help but u had to have it on anytime u was in the room continuously. l wasn't so keen on the shower facilities, water ran right under the door which ment that once u had finished showering u was left with a pool of water outside the shower door,which meant that now u had to be mopping up water after taking your shower.

Nice garden at the property. Kitchen downstairs where you could eat. The room was small but adequate. House was quite.

Blinds in the room upstairs did not keep out light.They need to be replaced. Not the owner's fault, but area (Aston) is not clean.Lots of rubbish on the streets near this proprety. No press/mirror in the room.Lock broken on one of the downstairs shower rooms.

Still waiting for my security deposit a day after check out, messaged to chase it up but no reply
