The staff was nice. The breakfast was also really good

My room was on the road side, it was so noisy, couldn’t actually sleep till late night. The room wasn’t either clean, saw two bugs at a time running on the floor.

All staff always ready to assist with a smile & respect. Room well appointed & clean. Great variety of quality food & fruits for breakfast which attentive staff.

Nothing at all. Badly located in a red light area. Where the prostitution business is on peak day and night. Lots of arguments on the road you could hardly sleep with all the noise. I asked the staff where did you get the 5 stars from for the hotel rating. They replied from the local authority so looks like lots of mis management has taken place.

The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property. As we had few cockroaches in the room and the bathroom and lots hidden under the furniture. We had to leave the hotel after one night stay and asked for the refund for the other two nights but they have refused to pay the refund. We have the video and photos evidence to show but nobody has been in touch after the formal complaint. We had to pay nearly £300 extra to re accommodate our stay. We did show all the videos to the manager and she promised to sort it all out for our refund but now they have totally ignored the fact. The pictures showing in the add are all fake no green sofas and golden chairs. No such decoration. So don’t be fooled.

Le personnel est exceptionnel notamment le réceptionniste marwane, le bagagiste et le serveur mohamed qui auraient sa place dans les plus grands hôtels africains et européens. Personnel très chaleureux 👍🏽
