Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by ongoing disturbances and a lack of professionalism. A couple of nights before we requested a move there was loud music from the beach bar continued late into the night, and groups of individuals were frequently walking through the hotel grounds shouting and screaming. This created an environment that made it very difficult for my son to relax or sleep. Additionally, we travelled as a family, yet my eldest son was placed in a room in a different building. This was both inconvenient and concerning, as we expected to be accommodated close together. I was also disappointed with the level of service provided. On multiple occasions, staff appeared to be standing around chatting, while service was noticeably slow. This gave the impression of a lack of organisation and attention to guests’ needs. Furthermore, we were not informed about the charge for paddle use at the time of our first or second booking. It was only upon the third booking that this fee was mentioned, £95 for 3 half hour games. This lack of transparency around pricing felt misleading and should have been communicated clearly from the outset. Given the combination of these issues, our overall experience fell well below expectations.

Die Lage ist sehr schön am Strand gelegen, die Pools sind toll. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wenn man im Land herumreist und das Frühstück der Riads gewöhnt ist kann auch das grösste Frühstücksbuffet nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen dass es halt Massenware ist.

So beautiful hotel, specially the pool area is just incredible!! Everywhere looks and smells gorgeous, so relaxing to stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I even got upgrade to ocean view room and the room was perfect! There are good facilities, for example many restaurants, gym and luxury pastry shop.

Just one thing, the bedding sheets! There are already many negative reviews about this topic and I just can't understand how they haven't got new sheets yet. I have travelled a lot and even hostels have better sheets. Sheets were super old, full of lint and smelled bad. After the first night I asked to change new sheets cause they smelld so bad, but the new ones were just the same. I don't get it, how does five star hilton hotel not understand how important it is to have fresh sheets at a hotel? I almost gave review 7 because of this. If the sheets were ok, I would give 9. Otherwise the bed was super nice.

La localisation et la disposition de la piscine

On arrive dans la chambre les bouteilles d’eau sont déjà consommées par les anciens clients et non changées, le service en chambre 2h pour nous servir de l’eau, 3h pour m’amener des draps que j’ai du moi même change et le summum a été le service inexistant a la piscine, pour ramener l’addition ils sont très rapides mais pour le service 0/10 ils mettent 45 minutes a servir un jus d’orange chaud, le gérant des serviettes a dit a ma compagne « allez les chercher vous même » le petit déjeuner inclus n’est vraiment pas bon, très bas de gamme ce ne sont pas des prestations de 5 etoiles c’est intolérable il vaut même pas un 4 étoiles je suis trop déçu pour le prix franchement..

It was perfect at all

Great location for beach/surf, lovely hotel but limited in buffet choices. Nice atmosphere, staff friendly. Bar food was nice but took a while to be served. Rooms have very high ceilings, hard to fall asleep in but clean. Quite good value for money. New years Gala was different not sure this was worth the money but music was good!
