Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel idéalement situé dans la baie de Taghazout. La chambre est très bien équipée, avec une literie de grande qualité. L’établissement dispose de trois piscines non chauffées, mais très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est généreux et de qualité, et la formule demi-pension est particulièrement intéressante. Un autre restaurant, typiquement marocain, propose des plats délicieux, même si les prix sont comparables à ceux pratiqués en Europe. Un grand merci à Khalil pour son professionnalisme digne des hôtels haut de gamme, à Imane au restaurant pour son accueil très professionnel, ainsi qu’à Simo et surtout Mohamed et son collègue pour leur gentillesse et leur service autour de la piscine. Merci également au chef Mohamed pour ses plats succulents, ainsi qu’au chef pâtissier.

Point négatif important : il est arrivé à plusieurs reprises que des techniciens ou du personnel de chambre entrent sans frapper, en utilisant leur passe pour ouvrir directement la porte. Ce comportement est inacceptable et très désagréable pour les clients. Une formation plus rigoureuse semble nécessaire sur ce point, afin de respecter l’intimité des occupants. Nous avons d’ailleurs signalé ce problème à la réception.

Sportmöglichkeiten nicht im Preis inbegriffen, schlechter Fön, oftmals (gerade an Wochenende) Partys mit lauter Musik in der Strandbar vom Hotel, Weg der Partygäste führt direkt an den Zimmer vorbei zum Parkplatz, dadurch zusätzlicher Geräuschpegel (Zimmer im linken Hotelflügel buchen!)

My stay at the Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was Simo, the manager. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Simo went above and beyond at every opportunity, ensuring that everything was perfect and that I felt genuinely welcomed. His attention to detail, kindness, and proactive approach set a standard that is hard to match. You can tell he takes great pride in his work, and it reflects in the entire team’s performance. Thanks to Simo and the wonderful staff, this was more than just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this Hilton to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning.

Je me suis fait voler mes chaussures à la piscine sous mon transat quand je me suis endormie Malgré les soit disant caméras de surveillance ils n ont rien vu et je suis repartie pieds nus ( mes chaussures valaient 100 euros) ! L établissement décline tt responsabilité pour les effets personnels ! Et nous n avons pas pu dormir 2 nuits à cause de la boite de nuit de l hôtel le 1 er samedi soir et à cause d 1 soirée privée des 2 côtes de l hôtel le dernier vendredi. Nous n avons pas fermé l œil de la nuit le dernier soir jusqu’à 5h du matin. Tout l hôtel était réveillée quand je suis allée me plaindre à 4h du matin . Et la quand on demande un geste commercial pour la nuit : l hôtel nous dit qu ils ne sont pas responsables du bruit des voisins !! Et vu que vous avez laissé un acompte de 1261 dirhams de garantie vous n avez pas de moyen de pression. C est lamentable! Au niveau sécurité également c est une vraie passoire : tt le monde rentre comme il veut . Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas terribles et les prix des restaurants exorbitants ! Bref fuyez cet hôtel !

The hotel upon arrival seemed lovely, but very quickly we recognised things weren’t running as they should. Rooms weren’t ready, and there were multiple instances of guests being told their bookings couldn’t be accommodated at all, with some needing to find alternative places to stay. What stood out most was the lack of organisation at reception - there were several staff present, but very little direction or urgency, which made the whole process feel chaotic. The rooms themselves are a decent size, but cleanliness fell below what you would expect from a Hilton. Housekeeping didn’t feel thorough, bad smells on multiple floors of the building, and some areas needing a much deeper clean. Food across the complex was another disappointment - very basic and surprisingly expensive for the quality. Unfortunately, service didn’t improve the experience. Whether in the bars or restaurants, waits were consistently long just to get a menu or a drink, and it was rare for staff to check back or offer another round. The only time things moved quickly was when it came to paying, which left a slightly sour impression. The overall atmosphere also didn’t match expectations. Noise from nearby venues carried late into the night, and combined with the general layout and energy of the place, it didn’t feel particularly relaxing or in line with what you’d expect from a spa-style hotel. Walking around neighbouring hotels, it was noticeable how much better equipped and aligned they seemed for the type of experience this hotel is aiming to offer. Overall, really disappointing. I’d strongly suggest others consider alternatives before booking - there are better options nearby that deliver far more for the money.
