The receptionist did not give me a room, she told me they did not receive a reservation for me from booking.com. I did not stay at this hotel June 12, 2025 to June 19, 2025. However, I was billed $565.15 for this booking.

As I stated above, I never received a room at this hotel on June 12 through June 19, 2025. I don't know what happened but, the hotel said booking.com did not reserve a room for me but, booking.com charged me $565.15.

Always very quiet no matter how many people are at the hotel. Staff are always very polite and nice. Very clean room. Tv work, remote works.

No dislikes about the property! This is one of my FAVORITE places to stay.

Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I asked for a top floor, corner room and got it. Parking is free.

Advertised that there were dishes and a dishwasher but there was not. Person at front desk couldn’t give me a refund for the extra I paid for them. Strange clicking noise that sounded like it was coming from above the door which didn’t make sense. It would wake me up on the middle of the night. Half dead cockroach fell out of the AC.
