The apartment is really nice. Everything is new and the area is very safe as well. There are also supermarkets close by.

The check in process could be improved. I was sent a link to pay the booking, which I did, but then booking.com also tried to charge my card. You should choose one method charging the customer - either by the link you send or by using the booking.com system.

This location was excellent for visiting family and the city.

Amazing apartment in Reforma, very well-furnished and clean. A little basket of breakfast items had been left for us (a small box of cereal, some oats, two coffee pods, etc.), which was very thoughtful. Kitchen had all the essentials, including a blender and a kettle, and also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Both bathrooms were very clean and the hot water was great. Parking was available for an additional MXN 200 for the entire stay. There was an indoor terrace space as well.

Ease of access, friendly staff. Spacious and well located. Had all necessary amenities (including washing machine and dryer) and GOOD wifi. Good security since there was always someone at the check-in counter to let people in and out of the building

Could have used some A/C. I can imagine it must get pretty warm in there on the warmer months. Fortunately there was a fan (and a pretty potent one - downside it was noisy).

Location is great, area is safe. Apartament is nice, you have all you need.

Wifi is slow at nights. My bed and bedroom were dirty (hairs and nails from previous guest all over the place)

The location was excellent, rooms were comfortable, 2 bathrooms.
