Super clean. Kitchen adequate for cooking meals. Lovely roof terrace. Helpful staff (around the clock). Living room space large. Hot water in showers. WiFi worked perfectly and was able to connect to the TV.

Location a bit out of the way. Needs more services from staff because of location.

No restaurants close by. Not easy to get a taxi.

It would be better if they provided, or at least informed guests beforehand, that they do NOT provide basics such as washclothes for the shower, or tissues, or dish towel(s) - we had to go out to buy them. Also would be better for them to provide or at least sell drinkable water at the front desk, and to provide a few more pots and pans.

The location was great and near some great restaurants! The staff were lovely especially Mayra. Our messages were also answered really quickly. The apartment is nice and a great size for the two of us and would be fine for 2 more. The bedrooms were great and loved having a balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.

It gets very hot and humid and the fans were great but too strong to sleep with them on. Opening the balcony doors was fine until early morning as people and cars passed by. Would suggest air con if possible. Also, we got through a lot of water bottles as we weren't sure if the water was safe to drink. I wish there was a water cooler rather than having to always buy them. Some of the pillows are clearly too old, worn and not very clean so didn't use them. The shower taps were very confusing to use. It wasn't clear what direction to turn to get more water and was usually too hot or too cold.
