El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tenía todo lo necesario para que mi familia estuviera cómoda. La TV contaba con todas las plataformas de streaming disponibles. La cocina tenía platos, vasos y utensilios suficientes, aceite sal y azúcar para cocinar. La ubicación muy buena, calle bien iluminada y seguridad para entrar al edificio. Me encantó el café y los detalles de bienvenida. Gracias por todo.

Podrían poner un garrafón de agua para poder comprar al llegar.

This property was extremely clean and well furnished. There is 24/7 gated access, which was excellent. The laundry room within the rental unit was a fantastic convenience. The property is located in a very safe and clean area and is within walking distance of a Walmart neighborhood market and some dining options. There is onsite parking, but it's underground and you have to access it by driving on to an elevator and then an employee will lower you to a parking level. The elevator that your car goes on is *extremely* narrow and will damage your car if you do not pull or back in precisely. I do not recommend parking anything other than a compact car here.

The location is excellent, the apartment was spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern with updated appliances and fixtures, the building is quiet in general, the bedrooms had a balcony to sit.

I didn't like not having a passcode or key to the external doors. I found it very Big Brother to ask the security guard to let us in and out each time. I also had to pay a $450 peso per night in cash (which seemed like it was pocketed by the door guards) when a friend who lived across the city stay over for convenience and safety when it was very late to leave. The visitor did not impose on the use of the facilities. Also, my garbage was not picked up on the designated days and times. I also had to purchase napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper.

In total, we were in Kolben Nuoma for just over 7 weeks. It was all great and the staff at the reception and the lady I wrote to here on booking.com were so friendly. The apartment itself was great for us two with a newborn. We had everything we required and more. It felt like a very safe place because you had to ring a doorbell and be let in (24 hours a day), and there were so many shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. I had important post sent to the apartment to collect and the staff at the reception helped me every step of the way with that, meaning the important documents reached me without any problems. I also ordered from Amazon twice which the ladies at reception collected for me and gave to me when they next saw me. The rooftop garden upstairs was quaint and lovely, and we sat out there a few times in the evening to watch the sunset. The showers were also great - although the water temperature wasn't always too reliable (I had some lukewarm showers which isn't the end of the world). We had access to Netflix and Disney+ which helped pass away the evenings when our baby wouldn't sleep... :-) We enjoyed how private everything felt. We were asked halfway through our stay via booking.com if we wanted our apartment to be cleaned, which we declined - and that was no problem at all. We realised towards the end of our stay that we had to stay longer for unforeseen reasons, and they happily helped us and moved some bookings around so that we could extent our stay by 2 weeks and also stay in the same apartment on the bottom floor. The baby bed that they provided for our newborn was perfect and very useful. It had an insect net over it which was perfect for all those pesky mosquitos.

Sometimes, we could smell smoke in our apartment (bottom floor) coming from the lobby (where smoking isn't allowed) which wasn't nice. The floor also wasn't too clean when we first moved in (lots of hairs in the corners) so we had to (or felt we wanted to) go through ourselves and clean up. The floors and walls were a little thin. Whenever someone moved a chair upstairs, it really echoed in our flat (especially annoying late at night). But that obviously depends on the neighbours - we had days where we heard no noise whatsoever (especially during the week and not on weekends).

Great location: quite neighborhood, but not at all boring and close to many sights. Also, the apartment was great for us (a couple with a kid) - two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a solid kitchen.

It wasn't really clean; we needed to sweep the whole apartment when we came and it looked like they forgot to vacuum-clean it.
