In order to enter the front door, we have to ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door every time. This is kinda annoying. But the price is very good value.

The pictures do not do the place justice. This is a very cute 2 bedroom apartment with very modern facilities, like a brand new washer and dryer and nice refrigerator and TV. The apartment has everything you need, including utensils and cookware. The location is in a quieter area, but easily walkable to main attractions. The place is constantly cleaned in the common areas, but I liked that I felt like the unit was my own apartment for the time we stayed there. Cleaning services were available, but I preferred to have my privacy and clean the unit myself, which was standard I believe. The staff was available, but not intrusive at all. I liked that people kept to themselves personally. I reached out via Booking's messaging app, and vice versa without any issue, and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. The water pressure and hot water availability were great. As an added bonus, a tamale vendor would pass by each night outside.

The wifi was a little spotty. I was able to work, but meetings via Zoom were a bit of a challenge. We stayed on the first floor, by the common area, which people are able to smoke in, but there are no windows. As a result, sometimes smoke would seep into our apartment.

Location is great and the unit is spacious. Washer/dryer inside the apartment, good kitchen. Quiet and safe area.

Someone in the office needs to unlock two doors for you to leave the building. We never had to wait long, but this could be a problem during an emergency. Also the furnishings like the bed, sofa and towels are not in the best condition.

Spacious apartments, 24 hour concierge, well located

Sofa blankets and sofa pillows did not smell clean. Plastic bags for the trashcans were missing, no air conditioning.

Me fue bien, lo que también me Gustó es que hay varios establecimientos de comida cerca y puedes ir caminando
