USThis was my second stay at the hotel, and once again the experience was excellent. Mr. Patrick was very helpful during check-in, welcoming us warmly and kindly escorting us to our room while ensuring everything was in order. He was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout. The lady at the reception was equally helpful during check-out, making the process smooth, quick, and pleasant. The level of service and hospitality continues to stand out, and it made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the entire team for their excellent service, and I look forward to visiting again.
The lifts were often full and took a long time
TRŞehir merkezinde Jamia mosque yakınında. İş merkezlerine çok yakın konumda. Herkes tarafından bilinen bir konumda. Otel resepsiyon görevlileri çok ilgiliydi ve her türlü yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Temizlik ve günlük temizlik devamlı takip edildi. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi, biz yanımızda da kahvaltılık getirmiştik fazlasıyla yetti. Tekrar geldiğimde konaklayacağım yer burası olacaktır.
Tek eksisi tüm binanın işyerlerinin ortak asansörü kullanıyor olması fakat otelin katlarına kart ile çıkılıyor ve otel girişleri de kart ile korunuyor. Bu güvenlik için güzel bir özellik.

The breakfast food was good but not great. Also it was a bit hard to find the hotel since it’s on the 13th floor of a tower the entrance to which is not obvious

DEDas Hotel war gut, sauber und hell. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum war sehr praktisch, und ein Supermarkt war direkt gegenüber. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.
Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat: Der Aufzug war fast immer überfüllt. Auch der Eingangsbereich war oft voll und dadurch etwas unübersichtlich. Außerdem war es wegen des dichten Verkehrs draußen teilweise sehr laut.
