Access to the hotel with two elevators that are shared by the public. Sometimes you have to wait for a long time for the elevator.

ZAI didn’t really like much about the property.
The location was central but it was very noisy. The roads were terribly busy. The ground floor was very busy. The area felt unsafe. The lights don’t really switch off at night unless you take out the room access card. There is no space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The water is either too cold or too hot in the shower. It is very difficult to get the correct temperature. The body wash had a terrible smell. I’m glad I brought mine. The plugs almost shocked me when I tried to iron. There was literally fire sparks when I plugged the iron that the hotel gave me. The hotel is located on the 16th floor. There are all types of business in the other floors. This means you have to allocate additional time on the lift because it gets very busy.
