Easy and great location close to some restaurants and bars and the tram stop. Good communication from hosts and easy to contact them if needed

Could have been cleaner with some stains on the floor and cooking utensils. Not loads of hot water so need to have brief showers! Left tea etc and some cooking utensils but not many glasses etc

The only one thing I liked about the apartment was the shower worked and was clean and the internet worked fine. However taking this into consideration I would never stay in one of these apartments if you paid me. It was not value for money and I could not wait to finally leave the property. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights

The toilet was broken, the broken kettle, there were stained sheets as well as there was a pungent smell in the bathroom which was constantly throughout our stay of 2 days. The smell was like there were problems with the drains. We looked in the oven upon check-in and found that the oven was absolutely filthy. We also had problems with the door code to the actual apartment in that when you first pressed the button to then enter your stipulated code number not all the numbers came up simultaneously so after pressing the buttons a few times the alarm would go off which was so stressful and this continue to happen each time we attempted to enter our apartment so whether there was a fault with the door code I do not know but both my partner and I dreaded going back to the apartment as we were constantly worried the alarm would go off and we would not be able to enter the apartment at all.

Sofa was a little but small. A longer one could fit and would be better.

I really liked the safety aspect and the cosiness of the apartment. I liked that Tesco was close by and the petrol station. The neighbourhood was quiet, and my son and I got a real opportunity to relax and watch TV. Practically, everything I needed was there, apart from a broom to sweep.

The only thing I didn't like was, the bed was really soft, and I could hear the springs as I moved. At the end of our stay, I pulled back the sheet to find that there were bloodstains on the mattress.

The studio was well-equipped. I was pleased to find a washing machine, an oven, and baking supplies, as well as tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The staff was responsive and acted quickly. There is a large Tesco around 2 minutes away, as well as a tram stop.

When I first arrived at the studio, I was greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke and noticed that the smoke detectors were covered up with socks. It seemed like the housekeepers were in a hurry as they completely missed that and didn't seem to have cleaned much, as the toilet was covered in pee stains and there was no toilet paper. After seeing all of that, I contacted the property right away and was promptly given a new apartment. If it hadn't been for the courtesy of the staff, the rating of this place would have been much lower.
