Easy access to the property

The apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed, and I appreciated the good communication from staff during my stay. The location is good, close to trams and buses, and it's an easy walk to the city centre and Kelham Island.

The apartment is advertised as brand new, but some of the decor looks tired and in need of some paint. There are vertical blinds at the windows but, since this is a ground floor apartment, it would give more privacy to have net curtains. The ventilation system is also quite noisy.

It was neat, very comfortable..home away from home. We had a very lovely time

The apartment was moldy and it was difficult to breath. We have communicated our concerns to the owner and were completely ignored. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying in that place.

Sending the codes in the morning of the trip was not very conducive as I was travelling in the morning. It will be helpful for guests to have the log in details about 24 hours before time.

The timing of sending the access codes was not very convenient.

Bed comfortable. Shower good.

Unit on ground floor and full length windows looked straight onto street. Had to keep.blinds closed all the time. Check in instructions not very clear. Not well equipped. Only one dinner plate, no wine glasses. Bath towels very small. Couldnt work out how to change heating.

Location was good, 2 mins from tram stop.

Very dirty floors, and we found a half used bottle of lubricant under the mattress which was disgusting. Didn’t feel like cleaners had even been in the property before we arrived. Furthermore there wasn’t any hand soap or shower gel, and we had been left one half empty toilet roll for our entire stay. Messaged the staff for help, was told we’d receive toiletries the following morning and they never materialised. Avoid!!
