The lady at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful. I travel a lot and there is no one greeting and caring for guests like she does.

If you are looking for an intimate boutique hotel for any type of stay this is the place. The staff are incredible and personable. Great area to explore and the food is 10/10

Great hotel, but what makes it exceptional is the staff. From cleaning to front desk everyone is friendly with a smile and just trying to help. Special shout out to Danielle on front desk and the restaurant who is full of useful tips about the city and area and just wants to help you enjoy your time. Makes the stay so much more enjoyable. Dutch at the bar is great too. All in all, great hotel but superb personnel. I’d go back any time.

What a lovely boutique hotel. We had a wedding party and I there stay here. The staff were great and very friendly. The room was nice and quiet with a large modern bathroom. If you’re staying in Wilmington, a nice place to stay.

The Quoin isn’t just a hotel—it’s a crash course in the soul of Wilmington. From jump, the vibe was different. The West African desk manager made sure I felt at home and even reminded me not to miss the Philly game (respect). I posted up at the rooftop bar, where Zoe and Lenya weren’t just pouring drinks—they were dropping gems about art, fashion, the wild/delusional minds of creators, and the future of OT. That’s more than service, that’s culture. It's people. Everything was polished, posh, and on point, but the real gift was how much I walked away knowing Wilmington better. This spot doesn’t just give you a room—it gives you a part of the city. If you want more than just a stay, go there.

Incredible boutique hotel and rooms with lots of character. Also, friendly, inviting staff (particularly Danielle) are really attentive to customers’ needs. I’d definitely book another stay when I’m in town!
