"We had a fabulous, relaxing time in Whitby"

Perfect location. Everything we needed.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Rolling into the middle. No welcome pack which other people had commented on. It would have been nice with some Christmas decorations up as it was Christmas. No parking permit.

modern, heating worked well , access into property easy

Although the property was modern it was in need of a refresh, carpets were dirty on stairs and in bedroom, the rug in the living room was dirty and the mattress protector was worn, the noise from the person living was loud every footstep heard , also nothing mentioned about steep hill down to the pier . The bathroom needed cleaning around paintwork

"Great base for exploring town"

It was fabulously positioned, convenient as a base to explore the town. The flat was cozy and comfortable with excellent fittings and fixtures. The check-in was easy.

The parking is paid parking at a local council car park - this is fine, but I had searched for accommodation with parking and did not notice the small print element of this. The bed is a small double.

Great apartment in a central location. Clean, modern and spacious. Provided tea, coffee, milk. The website had all the information on it and was very useful.

I think providing a parking permit would have been a nice touch.
