Facilities were good well equipped Central for everything

The front door wants fixing and the carpet in bed room need cleaning and the hallway carpet needs cleaning 😩

"Good but could have been better."

Location and cleanliness.

Parking permit. I would have happily paid more for the convenience of a permit. Having to remember to top up the car park every 24 hours is a pain. Also a few maintenance issues which are being dealt with, including a sensor light in the hall which randomly turned on during the night.

Location and decor. Really lovely apartment. The street it is on is great with lots of amenities whilst being quiet.

The automatic light in the hallway on a sensor that can’t be switched off. The light disturbed us during the night every time the dog moved or one of us went to the bathroom.
