Host & Stay - 19 West End

Comfy beds, cosy cottage, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Managed to park outside front door.

Nothing I didn’t like. Small courtyard garden and seating could do with a tidy up but otherwise all good

Good standard of decor. Good quality bedding. Provided with dishwasher tablets etc..

The table in the kitchen is inadequate , too small and not stable.

It was a lovely property and in an excellent place for where we wanted, also lovely and clean with everything you could want

Nice village and convenient location next to a spar

The property was horribly dusty. It obviously hadn’t been stayed in recently as there was a lot of surface dust, but there was also plenty of thick dust that just simply hadn’t been cleaned properly. We were travelling with a 10 month old and when we got the highchair out of the cupboard, it was covered in hairs (almost as though someone had had a haircut in it!?), there was also a large staple and some rubbish in one of the bedrooms, which luckily was spotted before we let our child crawl around.

Good location and good onsite facilities

Not so easy to work out the central heating but managed it in the end

Location was Great for North Pennines or Middlesborough exploring.

Parking on the street was difficult at times. No dedicated Garbage Bin location for our rubbish, however I did find one around the back lane that I could use.
