Had to collect the key from a different location which was a little irritating but the staff were very helpful so not all bad. Penthouse is spacious and clean with a great view out over the city towards the sea. One pretty major issue though - neither of the bedrooms had curtains or blinds so when the sun comes up at 04:45 in June that’s a massive problem! Why no curtains? Lack of sleep made my next day rather miserable.

No blinds on the windows in either of bedrooms (including one velux window directly above the bed). On one of the longest days of the year this made it impossible to sleep. This was not mentioned in the listing. Also not mentioned in the listing is that you have to pick up the keys from a different location. However, after booking, I was sent an email saying I needed to pick up keys from the Imperial hotel. At the hotel they said this was wrong and in fact my keys were at another location. After that second location I was then able to go to the flat. I have tried to speak to the company about this but have not heard anything back. Was not fun being sent on a wild goose chase and then not being able to sleep.
GBCommunication was amazing! The property was in excellent condition and in a very nice area. 10/10 wish we were staying for more than one night to make the most of everything.

GBWe loved everything. We stayed for our son’s 12th birthday as something nice to do now that he is growing up. It was perfect. Very modern with character. The apartment was warm, comfortable and it felt very spacious. We really love Plymouth as a city and enjoyed wandering into town for dinner. If you prefer the outskirts, you’re in luck as not only do you have beautiful Mannamead, but you’re also really close to Multley. The young lady on reception when we arrived on Sunday was absolutely lovely too.
Nothing! The only niggle we had was that we couldn’t log into the Wi-Fi. We didn’t mention it to the property as we were only there for one night and played some games instead of watching the tv. It was really nice.
GBGBLovely views, main rooms were clean and a good size. Quiet and nice and warm.
Kitchen equipment was not clean. Dirty plates, chopping board had butter dried onto it. Not enough cutlery. The internet kept dropping off. Bedrooms have nowhere to set your clothes on ie bench/chest of drawers/dressing table/hooks or shelves. Had to set clothes on floor not ideal. Each bedroom needs a lamp/bedside table either side of the bed plus a mirror. The windows in bedrooms need blinds or curtains. Bathroom could do with somewhere to put your clothes/toiletries etc rather than the floor. Shower was very poor and in order to use you were half way down the bath and water went everywhere. Devon is a beautiful County why not put up some nice pictures of the County rather than cheap generic pictures. Get rid of the plastic flowers with tags still on them. Nice floor lamp did not work.
