1st impression was good nice layout good view. but very shoddy workmanship, broken lamp, toilet door wouldn’t shut properly & shower attachment didn’t look safe on the ceiling. cables in the living room looked unsightly & no blinds at bedroom windows so woke at 1st light at 5am. having spent days in hospital with a dying relative we needed to sleep later than that. lights outside shone into the room at night ( even tho it’s a penthouse) & woke me/ kept me awake. looks like it had been rushed refurb! has potential if done properly.

Location is good Clean, modern re-furb. Good comms Didn't like collecting/drop-off key at office. Parking £12.50 extra Few 'snags' need finishing, window replace, door strip to toilet etc.

The Penthouse has an amazing view. The beds were comfy. Nice homely living and kitchen area. Nice to have Netflix. Good close proximity to the carpark

The heating wasn't working straight away but it was soon sorted. It would of been nice if there was sugar, tea and coffee in the apartment. No toilet brush in bathroom. It was a bit of hassle to have to go and collect the keys from another place, its a 20 minute walk and drop them off the next morning.

I was initially very disappointed with the arrangements for check-in as I had a call to say that I would have to work around the company as they were very busy although it had said check-in could be anytime between certain hours. I didn't feel that the person calling was at all customer-focussed or welcoming. When we turned up at the property - we were then told that we should have collected the keys from another location but when the respondent realised how angry I was becoming (as I was in considerable pain from an injury) she took a deposit over the phone and brought the keys to us. I was not aware that an additional deposit was going to be taken as I had paid in full on booking and I was annoyed that this had not been mentioned in the booking arrangements. On entry to the apartment, I was very impressed with how spacious it was and the luxury surroundings, however as time went by, I became more and more aware of how crazy the facilities were so, for example, despite being two bedroomed, there was actually nowhere to unpack clothes into - no drawers or wardrobes. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine but very few utensils and the only welcome pack was a pack of pasta! The only saucepan had already been burned by a previous resident. This is such a shame because the standard of decoration was very high and the scenes of the sea from its high location were exceptional. We also had a problem with the TV and had to ring several times before anyone would answer. If this hadn't been resolved on the night, I would have actually been asking for a refund as all I wanted to do was relax and be distracted. So great location but hopeless customer care and forethought about how the apartment might be used. They did at least refund my deposit promptly within 72 hours so I am grateful for that. Don't get me wrong - because of the high standard of the property, I would still return again.

No coffee machine, shower head in very strange position on sloped ceiling, ikea fixings and instructions still in kitchen draws, no wardrobe in main bedroom, some plug in lamps did not work
