Best location in town. The terrace and room views are magnificent. Great staff at reception and bar, all staff really.

Zero. Well, almost zero. The shower leaked a little bit to the bathroom floor.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. Everyone from management to housekeeping was incredible. The housekeeper looking after my room was especially wonderful and took such great care of me. The hotel itself is amazing, and all the facilities are top‑notch. 😁

Sadly this is an example of a hotel who allows Tourist companies to introduce without controlling the booking system. I booked a specific twin bed room with the agency and confirmed in writing. The hotel later said they could not confirm twin rooms as these were at a premium price higher than the “ double “ I had paid for Even though the agency I booked through offered me a twin which I reserved there was now doubt that I would be put in such a room I was told that perhaps nearer the time we would be confirmed in a twin if availability was still there which is a big gamble I’m not prepared to take so reluctantly had to cancel the whole booking which is very frustrating given that they are still offering twin rooms on booking.com !!

Seating in our room and balcony wasn’t very comfortable. Twin room is literally two single beds, we were expecting at least a 3 quarter sized bed.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel itself and our superior double room with a sea view exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The housekeeping service was outstanding, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We would also like to highlight the professionalism and helpfulness of the front desk staff. We experienced a booking issue upon arrival, and the team handled it efficiently and resolved everything on our behalf. A special thank you to Doris, the massage therapist at the SPA, for a truly fantastic and relaxing massage experience. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

If the indoor pool were slightly heated so guests could comfortably use it, that would make the experience even better.
