Excellent location for exploring this wonderful city. The staff we all extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are beautifully presented. Have already booked to go back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ambasador Split. It was clear during my stay that the staff treats guests differently based on their appearance. While they were incredibly friendly and attentive toward American and "blonde" European tourists, the service for Asian guests was cold and unwelcoming. It felt as though we were being looked down upon, which is completely unacceptable. We all pay the same rates—yet we were treated like second-class citizens. Regardless of where a guest comes from, they deserve basic respect and professional service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly inclusive and friendly atmosphere. Huge letdown.

Room was canceled after guarantee by hotel in writing, they knew we were checking in late. And its our honeymoon.
