Hotel Ambasador

Absolutely fantastic stay! Brilliant location, 5 - 10 mins from the old town & a safe walk to / from the town of Split. The hotel helped us arrange a transfer from the airport there and back, very efficient. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful and efficient with turn ups and turn downs. There are plenty of European plug sockets & USB/ C charging points. The air con in the room was perfect, I like the room quite cool and the air con has 3 settings, low / medium / high and the low is very quiet for you to sleep through. The bed / pillows are comfy. The only downside is the x2 mirrors in the room are tinted, so it's difficult to do make up in, but there is the bathroom mirror. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Split.

- Amazing location right in the heart of Split - Very nice rooftop pool with beautiful views over the city - Excellent breakfast with lots of variety, including both buffet and à la carte options - Very friendly and helpful staff - Modern rooms with great views; even our city-view room offered a partial sea view - Probably one of the best choices if you want to stay in Split city center

- A bit on the pricier side - Not ideal if you’re looking for a beachfront hotel or easy beach access

Breakfast was great, location as well, staff were very helpful, we needed a Dr for one of my children who had a sinus infection, they came pretty quickly and even followed up, wish we stayed longer. Restaurant was fantastic as well

Has the absolute best time here. Beautiful rooms, gym, spa and the breakfast was incredible. I also left someone behind in the room and Gianna kindly went out of her way to post it to me. Couldn’t reccomend enough, thank you
