Concepción Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

The breakfast choices were limited, but the food was very good. The chef was very accommodating. Even though the breakfast started at 9:00 a.m. the staff agreed to come in early and serve us breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on our departure day as we had to leave for the airport at 9:00 a.m.

Rooms were large and beautifully designed. Staff were attentive and responsive. The hotel manager was terrific. Breakfast was made to order. Hotel is very clean, attractive and centrally located. Great Jacuzzi and pool area. This is truly a boutique hotel in all respects. Would go back there in a minute.

TV and door locks were difficult to work for a technophobe. I’m sure I could have asked but didn’t bother.

Concepcion is a beautiful hotel! The setting is picturesque inside, with bright courtyards and comfortable seating around the pool. Our room was picturesque, with high ceilings and lovely amenities. The staff were unbelievably thoughtful and friendly, helping us find things in San Miguel and overall just being very kind. Breakfast was delicious every day. We thought it a beautiful place and we were happy to come back to it every night of our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting San Miguel!

This is a delightful and small (18 rooms) hotel which has been very well and prettily fitted out! Our room was large and quiet. Its location is really excellent. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful and we much enjoyed staying here and would happily stay here again.

The breakfast offering is fine as far as it goes but was a bit limited in choice.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast staff (cook and waitress) was particularly wonderful and even accomodated our request for an early breakfast as we had an early departure.

Excellent location. Everything in town is walkable. Right in the city center and just far enough away from the main square to be very quiet. The hotel is beautiful. They have a curated art collection and attention was paid to every detail of the decor. Especially the rooftop and courtyard. It was amazing! The hotel concierge staff, Daniela, Benjamin and Gerardo were so helpful and kind to us. They set up tours and gave good local recommendations that we wouldn't have found otherwise. The Chef, Mauro made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Try his chilaquiles. 10/10!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The chef was fabulous. He cooked whatever we wanted for breakfast. They should offer lunch too. Nothing fancy, maybe one or two options. The atmosphere around the pool was so relaxing, we stayed around the pool for two days,so lunch would have been nice. Rooms were beautiful as was the courtyard. The taxi stand outside the hotel was great. Loved the town too.

The 3 small barking dogs woke me up three times. They were pretty obnoxious during the day also. I believe they are owned by the hotel owner. Bring earplugs if the dogs are on sight. They weren’t there the first few days of my visit.
