The hotel was beautiful with no detail spared. What I loved most of all was the incredible staff!! Every single person was polite, helpful, and a joy to interact with from check in to check out.

The hotel is in a very central location and has been beautifully renovated. The staff were attentive and very friendly, providing several recommendations for the local area. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. The pool area is well placed with a gorgeous exposed historical wall. Words can not describe how beautiful the city of San Miguel de Allende is. I highly recommend that if you are planning to visit, you give this hotel serious consideration.

The property was so beautiful, the pool was warm, the staff was great and the location was wonderful.

The only thing that was wrong was at the hot water never got fully hot. It was just cool to room temperature.

Beautiful hotel located near the center of SMA. The hotel grounds were artistic and colorful and maintained in immaculate condition. Our room was large and well appointed, and housekeeping let everything clean and well stocked. The pool provided a wonderful break after a day of site seeing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and made to order eggs and veggies. A little expensive, but well worth it.

The staff was incredible and really went out of their way to tend to our needs. They were very helpful in helping with dining options, tours (especially with Jesus) and arranging transportation for us. The morning breakfast was always incredible. We would definitely stay there again and I would certainly recommend them to my friends.
