Poor maintenance Semi abandoned property Not a single service, not even ice

After exploring the area, i found that i liked tge location.

There was no resturant or Bar Front recieption was was very minimal. Therefore no one to talk to for issues or concerns. There was no hot water the first day. The hotel "was" beautiful but its not managed fully and could become in desrepair very quickly. I didnt see a single custumer the first 12 hours, leavjng me wonsering "why and where is everyone"

Location is amazing

Muy mal servicio, no tenían agua caliente en cuartos, las albercas heladas, no se dio el servicio al cuarto (sin papel higiénico, sin toallas) el internet entraba y salía, la televisión sin canales,

Large well appointed room, great huge shower. Gorgeous infinity pool.

Location awful, not beachfront. Stiff hikes up and down to pool and beach. No beach chairs. No staff at pool, no towels. No restaurant close, no ice or vending machines. Nice little terrace overlooking a field of weeds. No staff with any English. Questions on how to get to town or the pool were answered with vague pointing and “10 min walk”. Everyone I talked to agreed the place is just weird. Lots of big empty buildings around. My slider didn’t lock, pointed it out, nothing done.

The pool overlooking the ocean is by far the best part of the hotel.

The rooms were extremely musty smelling even with the ac on or doors open.
