Hotel Hacienda San Pancho

That property was beautiful and room and pools were great

No amenities. No restaurants.No bar, no coffee maker.

Lamentablemente una muy mala experiencia en esta ocasión, las almohadas olian mal, no llegaba el internet a la habitación, la tv sin señal y lo peor la alberca de la habitación no esta climatizada.

The room and bathroom spacious, the matrix and pillows very good

First day of arrival there was no water and then the day after that, there was no hot water. Also the water of the pool was cold. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, not even a coffee service.

Nos encantó. Solo le hace falta servicio de restaurante

The room was spacious and the shower was nice. The pool was freezing but pretty.

The communication is bad!! I couldn’t enter the gate in the back of the property and needed to walk on a highway to get there!! I called the property many times as I was waiting by the gate and no one answered. Later on they told me their phones didn’t work! Once I finally arrived, it felt super abandoned and spooky to be honest. I will NOT be back :(

La alberca está increíble tiene una vista maravillosa, el hotel súper tranquilo y cómodo, puedes bajar al pueblo por hotel ya que solo lo divide el río del pueblo y puedes ir caminando, es súper seguro y se come delicioso, excelente !!!

The property was gorgeous.

It would have been nice to have bar service at the beach but aside from that everything was beautiful!
