Over all was as expected. Cleanness is very important to me and my family. Elevator only worked once in the all time. Staff at the restaurant should be more knowledgeable and friendly.

Muy mal olor en los baños , y el desayuno horrible, el ascensor solo dos .

Cuando llegue a realizar checkin no habian habitaciones diaponibles. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotelZ

El trato de Franklin muy amable, nos quedamos aquí por el parqueo, habitación pequeña pero funcional, aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, bajamos a decirle a recepción, dijeron que ya subían pero nunca subieron a resolver, dormimos con mucho calor toda la noche, pero sobrevivimos. Ascensor miniatura pero funcional. A medianoche nos despertamos durante media hora aprox ya que en una de las habitaciones había una huésped vomitando y con mucho escándalo y todo se escuchaba, incluso cuando ellos hablaban.

Excellent people. Franklin the host very nice. The housekeeper of my room nice. The dining place very good But, elevator needs to be replaced URGENT, Add nightstand with a lamp in room 306 and keep the small freezer separated from bed, that looks like an hour motel , no nice. Overall is ok
