Les employés étaient sympathiques et prêts à aider. Quartier bien situé près de la Zona Colonial et du Malecón à pied, mais endroit bruyant et pollué. Néanmoins, j'y retournerais. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était délicieux.

Estuvimos solo una noche fue solo para dormir y en la mañana viajar, la gente del hotel muy atenta nos ayudaron con direcciones y temas de cambiar dolares y poner saldo al celular. El desayuno vale la pena pagarlo

Me gustó: El personal fue muy atento y cordial. La limpieza, tanto de la habitación como de las áreas muy buena. No me gustó: 1) El ascensor tuvo problemas casi por 5 dias, lo que hacía un poco difícil para mi subir y bajar hasta el 4to. piso. Al final fue reparado. 2) El menú para el desayuno no era muy variado.
