The property was lovely and clean. The staff are absolutely lovely and very attentive.

The outside of the property is very deceiving for what’s inside. The Parking area at the back looks very rundown.

Such a welcoming vibe and awesome interior design! Customer service is absolutely brilliant, from the pre-arrival call to check-in and breakfast. We stayed in the Moroccan room, which had a super comfy bed and plenty of space for our stuff. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious, freshly made by our host. We got loads of food and a lovely chat with Maria. We'll definitely be back to explore Birmingham!

Amazing accommodation

Lovely character hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Really easy check in even though I booked last minute and late at night. Comfortable bed and great amenities oh and they have shakshuka on the breakfast menu

Our linen had a strong smell of dampness upon getting into bed. We slept because we were so tired

Very friendly accommodating staff. Nicely dressed hotel. Lovely breakfast, cosy and spacious room.

Roadside parking was tighter than expected.

The breakfast was very good. The location was good. The host was very pleasant and held very pleasant conversation. Small family run business so need support. The shower was fantastic. The decor of the breakfast room was very unique added a special touch to the experience. The host was very helpful with information to help navigate ones way around the local area and was very friendly.

For breakfast they could have asked what type of bread a customer would like e.g. white or wholegrain. I was not able to have my breakfast on the first morning because the hotel needed my spouse and I to have our breakfast at the same time. I then had to miss my breakfast as i was going to work and my wife had to have her breakfast at 9.30am. We had to make the choice of breakfast time the day before. They could have offered to refund the cost of my missed breakfast rather than me miss it all together. As a result we ended up feeling like the business' needs seem to come before the customer's . They needed to be more flexible to the customer was our view in the end. Also the lightiing in the hotel room was rather dim and there was no additional lamp to lighten up the room if required. There was a low level mould smell coming from the bathroom.
