Alles, vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam was Maria ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze legde alles uit en zorgde ervoor dat er geen ruimte was voor onduidelijkheden. Ze hielp met alles en toonde ook interesse.

Sam und Maria waren toll - freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir hätten uns noch ewig weiter unterhalten können. Das Essen war sehr gut und homemade, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und mit so viel Liebe zubereitet

Cozy decor, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff from the pre check in call to the moment we left were friendly, helpful and made what was a great trip even better. Usually I’d skip the hotel breakfast and head out to explore, don’t do that here! the food is outstanding. Without a doubt would book again.

"Superior in every way!"

An exceptional experience,5 star luxury from arrival to departure.The receptionist Maria provided outstanding customer service nothing was two much trouble and took the time to explain everything surrounding my stay. The room was beautifully equipped down to the tiniest detail.Fantastically comfortable bed and bedding made for a really enjoyable nights sleep!

"We didn’t stay in the end as the location was very rough."

I booked the hotel based on exceptional reviews, however when we arrived, the location was in such a rough area that we changed our mind and decided not to stay. So if you don’t mind the location, the hotel is possibly very nice.

"Great overnight stay"

We had visited the Black Country Museum and West Midland Safari park. The hotel was a great location. We loved the style of the hotel, our room was the Mayfair which was decorated superbly. The breakfast menu was fantastic, we both really enjoyed. Staff were fantastic with us, would highly recommend.
