DYSA Bentinck House

Near to the starr gate tram stop. Handy for supermarkets by car and a Morrison’s local in walking distance. Nice walks possible to both Blackpool centre and St Anne’s centre from the property. Extremely clean on arrival. Property was much larger than expected- loft room sleeps up to 5 with 2 large doubles + a single, middle floor has 3 double rooms. All with plenty of space. There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms, including one near the front door with a walk in shower - ideal for avoiding muddy paws after a dog walk! Large fridge freezer and kitchen with enough utensils for cooking proper meals. LOTS of cupboard space making it easy to keep tidy. Very helpful team at DYSA who helped us on the phone with an early check in with no problems. Highly recommend.

Some of the drinking glasses were cracked and generally just needed some better glassware in the kitchen.

Great space in bedrooms. Fantastic location for Blackpool/Lytham.

Very small lounge for such a large property. Not enough seats at the dining room table for us all to sit down together. A lot of the crockery and glassware had chips/cracks.

The house is excellent, could of slept 11 people bed really comfy very spacious 3 bathrooms very close to the fair and beach and a 5 drive from st Anne’s however in a very quite residential area of Blackpool has everything you need very well equipped

I can’t fault the holiday house - small back yard however you have a whole beach a walk away - my only concern was contact on my departure asked where to leave the keys and latest checkout was 10am little early for a Sunday morning when your on holiday

The area the house was in was great. The 4 bedrooms were clean and tidy, the house was nice and big enough for the 8 of us.

A floor cleaning bucket was left with very dirty water in it. A few glasses were chipped and maybe needed changing. The back garden had a lot of weeds in it due to it just being pathing and the weeds coming through the pathing bricks.

The tv didn’t work properly..neighbours were very noisy..2 of the bedroom doors didn’t shut properly

Ideal location, nice walk to the pleasure beach and sea front. Spotlessly clean, loads of room (we were a party of 7). Large dining table to sit round and bedrooms all a very good size.

The house was clean and tidy

There was a washing machine but no drier/ washing line The kitchen did not have any baking trays.cassrrole dishes.scissors. Whisk..jug.bowls for mixing The kitchen chairs were uncomfortable and 1 had springs sticks out of it. There was only 2 smoke alarms and both were hanging of the ceiling.The second storey bathroom pull switch was about 2 inches long and utterly unless your 6 foit tall. There is not escape procedures for the ones in the loft. Def not going again as there was 2 celiacs in our party that is why we cook our own food. Very dossapointed.
