Clean, tidy, spacious (particularly big loft room with three beds and a bathroom, ideal for kids) Decent kitchen equipment and towels Quiet location about five mins walk from tram stop or 20 mins from Pleasure Beach

Only got check-in info on morning of arrival (after chasing the contact address) and no check-out information at all, so communication a bit weak; but that doesn't let down the overall experience being good

Exceptional Host! We are very happy with the host and the service provided. They went out of their way to accommodate our request. The property was very homely and cosy. We will definitely be staying again next year. We highly recommend this place. A big Thank you goes to the team at DYSA. Very comfortable, good parking, walking distance, clean

It would benefit from bedside lights in all of the bedrooms and something to hang clothes on after they have been washed. No recycling bin so ended up taking lots of recycling and glass home with us. It was also impossible to have a shower without getting the bathroom floor quite wet and then nothing to dry up with as there were no spare towels.

Code was on email and very easy to sort out

Lovely house beds were super comfy. Location would be great in summer when pleasure beach is open but not too much hassle to go get the tram to central and north pier

Very noisy stairs. Lots of bags of rubbish in driveway presumably due to bin collection delays over xmas period however made it difficult for us with our own rubbish and where to put it as didn't want to leave it a mess
