Clean, comfortable, perfect for big families, plenty off space, beds are the most comfiest we've ever slept in.

few kitchen utensils missing ie tin opener, couldn't find ironing board, washer provided but no washing line and pegs

"Great house, and great location for our group of adults and children."

The accommodation itself was great; ample size for our needs (a mix of adults from age 5 to 50) and had plenty of space without feeling on top of each other. Very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Small outside which was nice but we didn’t really use as was our most of the day. Location was great. It is on the south side of Blackpool (which I would say is a nicer area of Blackpool). South Pier within walking distance. We spent most of our time in the Central Pier area and a tram station is about a 5 minute walk with a regular service. Didn’t really spend much time exploring the immediate area, but there was a small shop about 5 mins walk along with an Indian restaurant, Italian and fish & chip shop. We got takeaways from the Indian restaurant and fish & chip shop and couldn’t fault them. Had to contact DYSA once whilst there , as couldn’t locate the keys for the back doors; but all resolved straight away. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place.

The house was excellent, great base and good location to walk into Blackpool. Good communication from DYSA, easy to access with key code. Parking available for two cars. It is a quiet street.

The attic room was a bit colder than the rest of the house.
