Looking forward to staying in a heritage hotel but acme away thinking heritage maybe indian phrase for run down. Condition was poor and generally unclean. Bedsheets were full of holes and stained, shower head rusty and toilet seat broken. Went to breakfast on the 1st morning and was ignored by staff. Cannot recommend.

The place is close to the New Delhi Airport, so quiet rooms, beds are super comfy and linen lovely. Great rooms.good staff.

I stayed in a few hotels in Delhi and for the price, this was the best. A basic room but clean and spacious.

I had a fantastic time at Hotel Aira Xing! The common area, which had a relaxed and welcoming ambiance, was one of the highlights of my stay at Hotel Aira Xing. The staff members was also incredible and made me feel at ease. if you're looking for an affordable and welcoming hotel then this hotel is super perfect for you.

The hotel is decent. It’s relatively clean and the staff is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is pretty good with good food. The surrounding area is very local, noisy, overcrowded, and dirty. There is good transportation around since you can take a tuk tuk anywhere. WARNING: travel agency desk within the hotel will scam you. They seemed pretty helpful and planned out everything for me and charged me about USD$3,000 for a “Deluxe” package that included everything from transportation to “high class” hotels. It seemed a good deal. But once I started my journeys, these “deluxe” hotels were dirty, very basic, and when I checked each hotel cost about $25 per night. Meaning the total money spent on hotel was about $650. I had a driver for 2 weeks in Rajasthan. Driver asked me for tip so I gave him $50 and he demanded that I had to give him $150. I refused and when I asked him and the travel agency how much he got paid, neither of them told me. But other tourists that rented drivers, said they paid $750 for the two weeks. That’s a total of $1400 budget. Plus a few pickups and drop offs, one train, one flight, and one bus, the total should not have exceeded $1,700. That means the travel agency overcharged me $1,200, didn’t book nice hotels. One hotel was so bad, I asked to be changed to another hotel. My advice is get only the driver and book your own hotels as you go. I bought a separate bus and flight on my own and they were very cheap and easy to book.

This is an old property with big rooms in a crowded backpacker area full of such hotels. Not too far from railway station. No elevator here so be ready to walk up!

This is not just hotel felt like mahal of king, rooms are super specious with courtyard view, clean linen, shower, hot water, and staff was very polite and room service so quick.
