Neat and clean apartment... right at the heart of the city. Best one if you want to explore the city and dont want to travel to the city centre again and again (as most tours start from there) On top of it, the view is just lovely and prompts a response from the host as well as his suggestion in the guide/manual provided in the apartment were just a big plus for first timers in the city.

Very minor issue....Bed in one of the rooms was a bit small for 2 people. But you get a big couch in the hall, so one of the guest can sleep there if you are a group of 4. This is a very minor issue to let this apartment slip during your stay in Edinburgh.

It’s location was okay, just off an interesting street.

The bathroom was really quite poor. Worse than student digs.

Perfect location set in Rose Street with spectacular views of the castle . Princes St is a 2 minute walk away in one direction while George St is a similar walk in the opposite direction .Rose St gives the feel you are on the old town without the hills to walk away . Buses and trams are a 5 minute walk away . Excellent restaurants in the vicinity . Apartment was warm well equipped and perfect for our stay.

Stairs up to apartment are steep and not suitable for anyone with mobility needs but this was not an issue for ourselves .
