Vilamoura Design 1 with Pool by Homing

Location was lovely, self catering but on top of some very good restaurants. Vey clean and quiet apartment. Christiana at the office was exceptional and over and above with the best advise and charming personality

Homing were excellent to deal with. Great with communication regarding location, entry etc. Location was perfect, so close to marina and beach. Apartment was lovely and quiet, very clean, had all mod cons for self catering. Plenty of storage, hangars and mirrors. Great shower, always plenty of hot water. We had a very relaxing 5 nights there.

Apartment doesn't get great light so can be quiet dark. No air con in bedroom, only in living area. The small balcony overlooks the front of the hotel, on a side street. It doesn't get any sun due to the tall apartments either side which is disappointing. We went to the beach every day so didn't use the pool, it looked an ok space but never really enticed us.

Good location, nice apartment

It was not properly clean, tableware was very dirty ( I had to wash it myself). The room has no air conditioning and it can be really hot. Ver noisy, the windows are not insulators. The worst thing is that I left a few belongings in the house, which were reported a few hours after leaving the apartment. I had no reply to the several messages I sent and I am pretty sure the cleaning staff kept my belongings to them. There’s no other explanation. It’s a good apartment, very badly managed. I won’t repeat the experience

There was a misunderstanding regarding the access to the apartment, also the property wasn't ready at the expected time which then made access even later There are A,B,C corridors on each floor and with it being very dark and late it was very hard to spot, it should of been explained at key pick up perhaps 🤔
