Vilamoura Design 1 with Pool by Homing

had to check in online due to flight cancellation. Impossible to find key location . Same with apt which was different area than where key was . Very distressing after flight delay .

Property was in the perfect location to the harbour, shopping centres, bars & restaurants (5 mins) airport (20 mins) the apartment was spacious spotless and well equipped it had everything you need to cook a meal in if you wanted to the staffs communication was 5* prior & during our stay very easy / accommodating picking up the keys as our flight was delayed meaning we was past 12am. Air conditioning worked well pool area clean with lots of sun beds and nice and quiet could not recommend the Aparment more we will most definitely be returning

the taxi drivers didn’t know how to get to the address on arrival. towels were very poor, I would have thought at least one spare while you washed the other. the ramp was not suitable to get the mobility scooter up to the lift, and even though it was a small scooter it would not fit in the lift. so not suitable for anyone with disabilities. way too far from lift.

Location very close to everything

Bad assistance to gain access, local taxi couldn't even find address to collect keys even though stated someone would meet on site prior to arrival. Staff not being aware of late checkout approval and attitude when proved late checkout was previously approved by them.
