The property was fine; plenty of space and reasonably clean

There was a power cut at 2300 in town during our stay and, because access to the condominium site was via an electronic keypad, we were unable to gain access to our apartment until power was restored around 0015. On calling the agent I found that although sympathetic, he was located 50km away. There was a manual key option for the outer door but the agent was unable to contact anyone that could open the door. It was suggested that we call the fire service! This shortcoming let down the entire visit. I did not go there to sit in the street for an hour in the middle of the night waiting for power to be restored - I got the message that this happened quite often. In the end we were let in by other guests returning to their apartment. On requesting compensation for the inconvernience I have heard nothing back.

Embora esteja central, com tudo á mão, as janelas de 2 quartos dão para a rua onde se situam 2 bares. Uma barulheira até de madrugada.

It was very spacious and the cleanliness level was pretty good overall. In a great location, very short walk to the marina. The host was responsive when we needed help and upon arrival.

There were no essentials in the house hold. A kitchen but no butter, oil, salt or pepper. There was no handwash in the bathroom just mini soap bars left by the bedsides (which I had no idea whether they were anti-bacterial)

When you stay on holiday you really want a comfortable bed. Unfortunately for the one kid the bed was shockingly uncomfortable and she ended up spending the entire week sleeping on the couch. The other room one side of the bedframe was broken so this did not offer an alternative to the uncomfortable bed. The other issue with the location - apartment C.02, the location has 2 of the bedroom directly in front of a nightclub that opens at 11pm and goes until 4am - 5am in the morning. With the kids on holiday with us this did not work at all. It was not so much the music - which was acceptable but the fact that when the club closed the number of people using the window cill as a urinal, or a spot to vomit due to excess alcohol was disgusting. This put a total negative on the whole holiday. I felt that the management should have understood with kids booked in and not put us in C.02. No other apartment over looks the nightclub. If you are looking to stay here and do not what this disruption - you will need to ask them not to put in C.02 apartment.

Excelente alojamento, muito bem equipado, moderno e confortável, com estacionamento gratuito, no centro da cidade de Faro.

Algum barulho vindo de uma discoteca junto do alojamento.

Foi muito fácil e prático fazer o check in, uma vez que foi por meio de código que foram dados com antecedência. A casa é muito confortável e simpática. Tudo estava limpo e arrumado. A cozinha tem vários utensílios o que permitiu cozinhar. Há lugar de estacionamento dentro do condomínio o que facilitou bastante.

Podiam haver liquido para lavar a loiça e um pano para limpar a bancada. Dois dos quartos têm janela para a rua e ficam junto a um bar. Ouviu-se barulho até cerca das 5/6h da manhã. Deveriam pensar em ensonorizar melhor as janelas.
